At Center of Eden we do not encourage the long term use of vitamins and supplements but rather giving the immune system a boost from time to time and nurture it with wellness remedies when needed. In addition to offering our products, our main focus is to educate our customers to take control of their health by providing them with helpful health tips related to proper nutrition, rest, exercise, stress management and other important aspects that contribute to maintaining a healthy body and abundant life. As we truly care about you and your loved ones we would like to share the following simple but extremely important tips:
Health Tips from Center of Eden
- Eat a healthy diet with plenty fruits and vegetables (organic if possible).
- Stay well hydrated, drink quality spring or purified water
- Get 6-8 hours of quality sleep every night.
- Get plenty of Vitamin D from the sun (20-30 min exposure with no sunscreen).
- Exercise at least 2 times per week
- Go for a walk.
- Pray, meditate, practice yoga.
- Fill your house with air purifying plants.
- Get a quality air filter or air purifier.
- Get a stand up desk if you have an office job.
- Meet and socialize with your friends at least once a week (do not over indulge with unhealthy food and alcohol)
- Do not smoke.
- Do not use drugs.
- Maintain a positive attitude regardless of the situation. If there is something you can do to fix a problem do it. Otherwise avoid getting angry, stressed or frustrated as it will not change anything.
- Use beauty products and toiletries free of parabens, sulfates, petrolatum and phtalates.
- Use green cleaning products free of harsh chemicals.
